RT Administration System is a web-based platform designed to digitize and simplify neighborhood administration processes for residential communities. Built specifically for local community management, the system helps RT administrators efficiently manage resident data, housing units, monthly contributions, expenses, and financial reporting through a centralized platform.
The system manages 20 residential units consisting of permanent houses and temporary rental properties, while maintaining complete resident history and occupancy records. Administrators can store detailed resident information, including identity documents and household data, making resident management more organized and accessible.
Financial operations are streamlined through an integrated contribution management system that handles monthly security and cleaning fees, tracks payment status per house, and records operational expenses such as security salaries, electricity costs, maintenance, and other community expenditures.
To provide better visibility into financial performance, the platform includes interactive dashboards with annual income versus expense analytics, monthly balance trends, and visual payment status tracking for every housing unit.
The application is built using a modern full-stack architecture with Laravel 12 and Filament v4 for backend administration, MySQL for data persistence, and Next.js 16 App Router for the frontend experience. Authentication is implemented using Single Sign-On (SSO), allowing seamless access between the administration panel and the user-facing application.
